BF media is a broadcast communications consultancy that punches above its weight. We’re recruiting for an ambitious Account Director to help drive the growth of the business and shape the knowledge and skill set of our junior team members.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the founder to pitch and win new business
- Overseeing the majority of client communications, project management and reporting
- Managing and mentoring two junior team members
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exemplary organisational skills and attention to detail
- At least 5 years agency experience
- A second to none understanding of what makes a news story
- A desire to roll their sleeves up and get involved in the day-to-day tasks that come with working at an agency with a start-up mentality
